Common lobby space in building with a variety of lounge furniture throughout. Wooden slat wall and trellis are featured

Lounge area with built-in booth, high rolled cushion back. Round coffee table is in the center of the booth and some lounge chairs.

Park Square offers upscale apartments, remarkable amenities and stylish features in a beautiful park-like setting. This multi-family building is surrounded by open green space and sprawling trails but also offers the convenience to stores, museums and restaurants.

Park Square exemplifies remarkable apartment living. This had to be evident as soon as you walk in the doors. The common spaces throughout the lobby were beautifully designed by a local architecture and interior design firm. Premier had the privilege of working with this firm to purchase and install the product. This product included customized upholstered walls, ottomans, pillows and even a custom-designed dining table. The space is absolutely stunning and has a great mix of materials and textures throughout. Park Square is an exceptional, welcoming place to call home.
