The company's main business, conducted through its subsidiary Buckeye Pipe Line Company L.P., is a network of pipelines, terminals, and storage facilities serving major oil companies, refineries, and end users of petroleum products.

This project was a relocation to a new four-story Corporate Headquarters for Buckeye Partners, L.P. including Private Offices for Executives and Managers, workstations, numerous Conference rooms and Enclaves, Training Rooms, and state-of-the-art Control Room, Reception Area, Outdoor areas and Cafeteria.
