There were three different locations of Capitol Seniors Housing that Premier handled the purchasing and installation of all the furniture - Atria Norwood, Arbor Terrace Mountainside and The Chelsea at Shrewsbury. Premier worked closely with the design firm throughout these projects to ensure everything was taken care of from beginning to end.

One of Premier's strongest capabilities is our project management services, which is key in the purchasing and installation for furniture in senior living projects. Organizing and handling all aspects and details in these projects is imperative to ensure the space is perfect for its future residents.

From the natural finish of Vision in private offices to the welcoming curves of Indie lounge, along with flexible Poet modular seating and Native conference tables throughout the IDEA Center, we helped shape an environment that feels inviting and ready for meaningful moments.
